Wednesdays 10-11 AM Join Our Friend Eileen For Chair Yoga
Eileen has been instructing and practicing Yoga for many years. In her 80s, she knows what it takes for older bodies to stay limber and understands limitations. All movements can be modified. This is a good class for beginners and experienced alike. If you are concerned about getting down on the floor for some exercises, a chair is an excellent way to modify Yoga practice to meet your needs.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a towel or mat, and a bottle of water.
